The bar is always open, and behind it you'll find many Suffolk stalwarts including Moatwood Gin, born from a 2500-acre regenerative farm near Bury, props up several of our favourite cocktails, and beers exclusively from Chevallier Brewing Co, whose family owners are 300 years deep into the beverage business. That's the kind of story Kit Thomas, our Head of Bars, likes. Proper depth, proper choices. 

We love pub culture and we love restaurant culture. But we’re aiming at that sweet spot in between, where a bar can be informal but cool, casual but sexy, unexpected but reliable.... that's us. The impossible median. Bar + Kitchen. It does it all. Margaritas and a just-so plate of meatballs. You feel good, right?

A hidden gem for food lovers, New Street Market transforms from a sun-drenched brunch spot into one of Woodbridge’s most exciting evening restaurants. Chef Lawrence graduated from the Greyhound, the Suffolk, and the Unruly Pig - hell yeah!

Our menu has something for everyone, and is the perfect accompaniment to an intimate date, a Friday night drink or a full on feast with friends! Designed with sharing in mind, because food is best when shared and enjoyed with friends and loved ones.

Our evening menu focuses on freshly handmade pasta and a panoply of locally-inspired dishes with an international outlook, all designed for maximum taste.
