Yoga with Gemma
A 60 minute open level power vinyasa class. With a focus on mindful breath, flow, strength and flexibility, this class will help you reset, finding balance through mindful movement. Gemma is an experienced teacher who is also in her final year studying physiotherapy so you are in safe hands as she infuses the class with intelligent and therapeutic movement to help you feel your best. There’s always a group for coffee afterwards in the beautiful cafe to socialise and connect with other like minded people.
There shall be two classes available most Fridays:
Friday 28th Nov: 9.15 & 11am
Friday 5th Dec: ONLY 11am
Friday 12th Dec: 9.15 & 11am
Friday 19th Dec: 9.15 & 11am
Friday 26th Dec: No classes
Friday 2nd Jan: No classes
Friday 9th Jan: 9.15 & 11am
