Featuring DJ and VJ sets from Ben Osborne and Girl In A T-Shirt, tonight kicks-off the weekend’s carnival vibes at the Woodbridge Regatta. The event follows Woodbridge Festival’s packed New Street Market night in May. Expect a mix of reggae, carnival, Brazilian, funk, disco, house, Latino and Italo beats, before the action moves to the Sun-splash event by the river day-time Sunday. Ben Osborne’s created music and art events at venues such as The Tate, Latitude, EartH and Royal Festival Hall. He DJs clubs and festivals, writes about music in books, national newspapers and magazines and has presented shows for Xfm, Slack City and NME Radio. Battery of Ideas commissioned artist Girl In A T-Shirt has worked Tate Britain, Chelsea Arts Club, Print Club and commissions for the Ackerman Studios and Daisy Green Collection.
