Sound Street are a female trio comprising of Fiona Goldsmith ( vocals/ guitar/ viola) Katy Smith ( vocals/cello/ bass guitar) and Wendy Hicks ( vocals / drums/ percussion) Together they specialise in reworking hits from across the decades into new, and often unexpected styles, using strong symphonic and vocal elements.
This approach combined with a commitment to live performance with minimal production makes for an earthy but edgy sound that will keep you wondering what’s next.
