Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? Kinda low? Have we got the menu for you! While you can nourish your body by choosing from New Street’s enticing culinary creations, join us to explore and improve your wellbeing through new and original workshops that will nourish your heart, mind, soul and even your body!

Rest & De-Stress sessions will focus on Self-awareness, soothing our stress response and maintaining our practice outside of the sessions.

Uplift & Enjoy sessions will focus in on what makes us happy, using a range of original creative activities and visualisations.

In each session, you can choose from a Wellbeing Menu of educational ‘Wellbeing Lite Bites’.

Wellbeing Lite Bites are tiny workshops with bite sized learning that will have a BIG impact in a fun and memorable format, sprinkled with science and spirituality. We have a regular menu of Self-Love Sandwiches, Stress-Bustin’ Souffles, Gateaux de Gratitude and Croissants of Kindness, but our Chief Nourishment Officer, Sarit, is always concocting new and exciting things for you to try! Here’s an example of some of our Stress-Bustin’ Souffles:

Stress Science: Learn how our prehistoric wiring can affect our happiness, and what we can do about it.Understanding Thought Patterns: Some basic psychology about the different ways we can get stuck in unhelpful thought loops, and the positive counterparts that can help unstick us!Soothing Your System: How to bring calmness and peace into our lives in a way that’s right for the magical unique being that is you!

Everyone who attends can choose a Lite Bite from the menu and we will experience it as a group. One to one sessions are also available by appointment.

Everything is optional, join in at your own level and let me know if you’d like space or maybe some kind of encouragement. Here’s what you can expect:
