YOGA with Eleanor Pendle-Lowe

A nurturing and thoughtful class which supports variation in every pose so that each student can work within their capacity. This ensures that we look after ourselves and can progress in yoga. Where appropriate there can be individual advice and adjustment. Mindfulness, breath practice and meditation are also a part of the practice of yoga. There is always time before and after each class to discuss anything with me or to ask questions.
